This refers to the second phase of a residential project consisting of four towers. On the plot, 114 dwellings have already been built, corresponding to the first two towers, along with approximately 250 parking spaces.
The remaining two towers can be constructed until November 23, 2025, which is the expiration date of the air rights (derecho de vuelo).
The signing of the purchase agreement is scheduled for October 22, and it is therefore desirable to have a formal agreement in place by that date.
Proposed Terms
Initial payment: €100,000 upon signing the purchase agreement.
Suspensive condition: The transaction will be formalized on the condition that, once the contract has been signed, it is possible to register the declaration of new construction (obra nueva en construcción) in the Land Registry, in order to suspend the expiration of the air rights.
Objective
The main objective is to ensure that the transaction is carried out with full legal and financial security for both parties.
